We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will analyze business performance and execute strategies to drive company's revenue and growth. Your main responsibilities will revolve around:
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and support growth initiatives
- Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and customer analytics

- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Excel, and basic use of statistical programming languages
- Ability to create reports and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading principles, and investment products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share findings and collaborate with team members
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing project needs and deadlines
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges; proactive in seeking out opportunities to contribute
- Understanding of customer behavior and sensitivity to customer experiences
- Certifications in analytics or marketing tools are advantageous but not required
