Position Summary

Provides leadership to product managers. Accountable for the performance & results of team, including cross-functional interactions. Develops team plans, including product roadmaps, team OKRs, & hiring, development, & retention plans. Manages larger teams

Key outcomes of role:

  • Delivery of differentiated product line strategy & roadmap, and execution plans that meets growth & profitability targets
  • Drive adoption of product line, achieve target NPS scores
  • Build a world-class product management team, driving team goals & development plans, demonstrated in engagement scores & achievement of target OKRs
  • Create full-life cycle portfolio plan, executing on new products through EOL

Position Responsibilities & Essential function

  • Define & drive roadmap for product line
  • Accountable for entire product line lifecycle
  • Articulate market trends, demand drivers, competitive dynamics to inform product roadmap & priorities
  • Identify key build, partner, & buy criteria
  • Integrate market research, persona research, usability studies to evolve existing products in market.
  • Define success metrics and OKRs for product, report on OKR outcomes in regular business & technical reviews
  • Drive initiatives to capture & implement customer requirements

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • MBA, MA Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Expert knowledge of the auto OR rec & heavy industry, relevant customer environment & technical domain.
  • Pragmatic Institute Experience, SAFE/Agile

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • 10+ years of Product Management and/or equivalent experience in Enterprise SaaS, full lifecycle management. Experience in managing larger teams.
  • Experience in Agile software/DevOps methodologies & working with globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills; ability to make decision in dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Experience in presenting at senior level customers & internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to listen & consider the points of view of others, collaborate, build consensus cross-functionally.
  • Financial acumen to support the development of business cases/monetization options.
  • Highly motivated 'go-getter' driven to achieve business results with the ability to remain positive & focused on delivering customer outcomes.
  • Experience in mentoring & growing product management expertise in teams using standard industry frameworks

Compensation: $144,000 - $185,000

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
