Role Summary
The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the
corporate marketing strategy for Ultimate Group while strengthening the visibility
and the reputation of the Group and its business divisions. The role leads Group-level marketing initiatives, employer branding, corporate communications, digital presence and brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels and supporting the achievement of the Group's strategic objectives.
The position works closely with HR, Design, Content and the leadership team to
deliver integrated campaigns that enhance brand awareness, attract talent, support
business growth and promote the Group's culture and values.
Develop and execute the Ultimate Group marketing strategy.
Manage the end-to-end marketing activities for Ultimate Group's corporate needs.
Ensure brand consistency across all Group communications and marketing materials.
Partner with all business divisions to strengthen product and corporate brands through Ultimate Group marketing initiatives.
Manage and continuously update the Ultimate Group website and corporate social media channels.
Develop and execute the Group's social media strategy, including employer branding campaigns.
Collaborate with HR to develop and execute the employer branding strategy and related initiatives.
Plan and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, career sites and social media platforms.
Work closely with the Design, Content and Email Marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Generate creative ideas for Group-wide marketing campaigns, initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Corporate Communications.
Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, employer branding and content marketing.
Experience working across multiple business units or brands is considered an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with marketing platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Core Skills:
Strong knowledge of brand management and corporate marketing principles.
Plans, runs and optimizes paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.
Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
Digital marketing expertise across organic and paid channels.
Social media strategy development and management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok where applicable).
Employer branding and recruitment marketing experience.
Content marketing and campaign planning.
Website content management using CMS platforms .
Marketing analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics and other platform insights).
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, campaign performance measurement and ROI analysis.
Project management and campaign coordination.
Budget planning and marketing spend management.
Ability to prepare executive reports, dashboards and presentations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of corporate communications and internal communications.
Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools.
