We're looking for an experienced legal professional to support corporate and immigration matters for a group of international companies. This is a hands-on operational role focused on real legal execution — from company formation to day-to-day support — rather than formal or theoretical advisory. You will work closely with business stakeholders and coordinate with licensed external legal partners.
Please note - the role is based in Limassol, Cyprus. Only candidates who are already based in Cyprus will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Corporate Legal Support
- Register and provide full legal support for Cypriot and international entities
- Draft and manage legal documents: service contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, internal policies
- Support corporate structure updates: changes in directors, UBOs, shareholders, group reorganizations
- Monitor and interpret legal/regulatory changes affecting the business
- Coordinate with corporate service providers
- Oversee legal and compliance matters for daily business operations
Immigration Services (Cyprus)
- Full-cycle handling of immigration processes (Pink Slip/BCS) for employees and their families
- Prepare and submit applications, track renewals, communicate with the Migration Department
- Ensure full compliance with all immigration requirements
Advisory & Internal Support
- Advise on substance requirements and tax residency (in cooperation with accountants)
- Provide recommendations on business and staffing structures
- Translate legal/business documents (EN ⇄ RU) for management
Requirements:
- Legal degree
- 5+ years of hands-on corporate legal experience in Cyprus
- Ability to independently draft legal documentation and manage transactions
- Direct experience with BCS immigration processes
- Fluent written and spoken English and Russian
- Deep understanding of operational business needs and risks
Would be a plus:
- Background in a corporate services provider or in-house legal department
- Knowledge of Greek
- Familiarity with international corporate structures (EU / UK / Asia / US)
