Job Responsibilities:
Napĺňanie výrobného programu podľa požiadaviek zákazníkov.
- Napĺňanie výrobného programu s ohľadom na bezpečnosť, kvalitu, kvantitu a náklady.
- Reorganizácia a redistribúcia zdrojov a nástrojov pri poruchách a obmedzeniach výroby.
- Analýza reklamácií zákazníkov, oznamovanie nápravných opatrení.
- Dodržiavanie výrobného plánu.
- Identifikácia personálnych potrieb a spolupráca s Tímlídrami pri rozdeľovaní operátorov na jednotlivé stroje podľa priorít.
- Spolupráca s oddeleniami Kolies, Hriadeľov, Údržby a PE pri analýze chýb a vykonávaní nápravných opatrení na dosiahnutie stabilných výsledkov.
- Spolupráca s oddelením údržby pri TPM plánovaní.
- Podpora Tímlídrov pri riešení personálnych a disciplinárnych otázok.
Dohľad nad procesmi a štandardami kvality
- Zabezpečenie dodržiavania všetkých procesov, prijatie nápravných opatrení v prípade odchýlok.
- Kontrola kvality pracovných procesov, vykonávanie rozhodnutí o dodatočných meraniach, zavedenie procesu sebakontroly. Identifikácia problémových oblastí, neustále zameranie na zabránenie vzniku šrotov a dosahovanie zlepšení v procese.
- Spolupráca pri auditoch a riešení 8D-reportov.
Sledovanie rozpočtu
- Zameranie sa na dosiahnutie KPI a kontrola procesu.
- Podpora pri plánovaní rozpočtu.
- Sledovanie stavu zásob.
Kontinuálne zlepšovanie
- Kontinuálne zlepšovanie týkajúce sa personálu, strojov, materiálu, nástrojov a s nimi súvisiacich nákladov.
- Podpora pri testovaní.
- Vedenie a podpora Lean projektov.
Spolupráca na projektoch
- Spolupráca pri modifikovaní alebo pripravovaní pracovných systémov.
- Podpora projektov využitím svojich pracovných skúseností.
- Podpora pri prevzatí, inštalácii a finálnom spustení strojov a nástrojov.
