Job Responsibilities:
Objetivo del Puesto
Supervisar, planificar, optimizar, y desarrollo de estrategias de suministro y contratación de servicios. Asegurar que todas las actividades en la administración de servicios contratados están cubiertas bajos los requerimientos de calidad, seguridad y, manufactura.
Escolaridad
Ingeniería Industrial / Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas /Comercio Internacional o carrera afín al puesto.
Experiencia
Experiencia mínima 5 años en puesto similar, dentro de la industria automotriz
Conocimientos
- Definición y estrategia del programa anual de ahorros.
- Administración de contratos de servicios, establecer la matriz de cotizaciones, renovaciones y actualizaciones de acuerdo a vigencias.
- Responsable del plan de evaluación anual a proveedores críticos a la calidad en base a los requerimientos de IATF16949/ISO9001.
- Elaboración de RFQs, Business Cases (análisis de costo - beneficio), recomendaciones de compra asegurando precio, servicio y calidad del producto.
- Responsable en las negociaciones con proveedores de servicios
- Análisis de productos / servicios para establecer nuevas estrategias de compra / contrato y áreas de mejora.
- Responsable del Directorio de Proveedores Autorizados.
- Desarrollo de planes de actualización de los procesos de Integrity Check junto con Gerencia de Compras para nuevos proveedores y actualización anual sobre sectores críticos.
- Desarrolla el plan de seguimiento y monitoreo de desempeño de proveedores claves para la operación en términos de manufactura y servicios.
- Definición y aplicación de políticas de compra para el cumplimiento de plan de negocios de planta.
