Job Description

Serve as trafficking expertise owning the set-up, management, and execution of campaigns/accounts while maintaining a high-quality standard for the Advertising Operations department to ensure 100% accuracy and to exceed client expectation
· Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met; including checking daily reports and providing troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to creative, publisher implementation, and escalating to third party vendors when necessary
· Person with experience of DCM, Sizmek and other ad servers would be preferred
· Manage and be accountable for billing reconciliation and reporting Primarily coordinating with Media team and finance team; to ensure the bills are being sent to the client with the proper checks/ supporting and reports attached
· Collaborate with team members by providing guidance on how to continually improve operational processes, supporting systems and communication channels where needed
· Demonstrable ability to recognize and resolve problems/issues quickly and efficiently
· Relevant years of experience in Advertising Operations and with demonstrable knowledge of ad serving, working closely with finance team for preferably gained agency side
