What you’ll achieve
As the Group Engagement, Learning and Inclusion Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, promote a culture of learning, and drive our diversity and inclusion (D&I) efforts.
As a part of the Group HR team, you will collaborate with the regional HR teams, internal communications, and leadership making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
- Ensure the successful implementation of the global D&I Strategy and main targets including all practical engagement actions, working closely with leadership and regional HR teams.
- Ensure the successful execution of all D&I initiatives including D&I Roadmap, D&I Dashboard, D&I Steering Committee.
- Lead and manage the Global Value Ambassador Programme, our voluntary employee community which focusses on Engagement, Diversity, Wellbeing and Learning workstreams.
- Design and implement learning programmes and development initiatives, alongside the Group Learning Manager, focused on soft skills, personal growth, and professional development.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create engaging learning experiences.
- Conduct the global annual ESG audits for the HR function in alignment with the sustainability team, ensuring compliance and regular data tracking, as well as improvements.
- Lead all people internal comms efforts from a Group perspective such as People Newsletters, Intranet, Organisational News and other internal platforms, creating engaging and informative content to keep employees informed and motivated.

Essential Requirements
- Experience in a specialist HR role such as employee engagement, learning & development or diversity & inclusion
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of HR technology, learning platforms, or engagement tools
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative abilities
- Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, learning, and diversity and inclusion
- Experience in planning, facilitation, or corporate learning or education initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and influence stakeholders
- Passionate about organisational cultural change including diversity, inclusion and wellbeing
Desirable Requirements
- Experience within a D&I role, or previous involvement in D&I initiatives.
- Experience in ESG reporting or sustainability initiatives.
