We are looking for our future Digital Product Owner within the Euromaster Group headquarters located in Lyon. This permanent position is to be filled as soon as possible.
MISSION
As part of the Euromaster Group Digital Marketing team, your mission is to define the product vision and roadmap for key digital assets (mainly B2C platforms), as well as identify and deploy new initiatives aimed at improving online customer experience and business performance. You will drive continous enhancement of several B2C platforms by leveraging the agile methodology, own the digital customer journey for 19 countries in Europe and harmonise our European B2C platforms around same UX, UI and features usage.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
PRODUCT STRATEGY & STEERING
- Own and evolve the vision and roadmap of our B2C digital platforms: e-commerce, web-to-store, blog... in accordance with the defined digital strategy
- Work with Offer director, CRM & Customer Experience director and Operations teams to co-design the best online to offline customer journey
- Follow a customer-centric approach striving to understand their expectations and exceed them
- Identify new potential products to serve digital marketing initiatives
- Optimise the platform by identifying key enhancements to drive traffic to service centers
- Identify, analyse, deploy and animate external partners/products with a CRO objective
- Build & leverage the knowledge of the countries by conducting webinars, trainings, sharing documentation on the key features of the platforms
- Collaborate with other eRetail entities of the Michelin Group to identify synergies, leverage best practices and co-build a shared platform ambition
PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
- Collaborate with country digital managers to define strategic optimisations, as well as manage and prioritise the tactical enhancements within the product backlog. tactical immediate priorities out of the productnext priorities of the product backlog.
- Challenge/ co-build business cases for strategic optimisations
- Design new website features and functionalities by leading workshops with subject matter experts, writing user stories and leveraging UX/UI teams
- Lead the CRO approach and integrate AB test strategy within the product lifecycle
- Animate the software development teams by feeding them with the prioritised user stories on a weekly basis. Participate in the demo, and testing phase
- Challenge and support dev teams to reach good technical and functional solutions that will bring the expected business value
- Enhance the adoption and usage of the existing features by the countries
- Manage several off the shelf external solutions to expand their usage and get the best value out of them
- Play a key role in SEO committees with SEO agency and SEO manager to offer a high SEO performance level on the platforms
- Participate in CX key initiatives (online account, NPS, ...) to identify key inputs for digital conversion
EMERCHANDISING & GROWTH
- Lead the eMerchandising and personalization project globally
- Support the Proof of Concept for our new eMerchandising tool
- Scale the eMerchandising solution to all eCommerce countries following a successful pilot
- Manage the shared eMerch solution capabilities to ensure a global and scalable approach to eCommerce steering
- Identify growth levers and prevent missed business opportunities
MONITORING
- Monitor eCommerce sales activities and leads on our platforms
- Identify, implement and follow KPIs of new features
- Use and suggest enhancement on digital dashboards
- Monitor competition and stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends
YOUR PROFILE
- Master degree in Marketing / Digital, with 6/8 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Among which 4 years within an international Group
- Very good profiency in French and English (C1)
- Recognized for your expertise in Digital analytics, your adaptability, your team spirit and your problem-solving skills
