Financial Strategy & Performance Management
- Define, drive, and supervise long-term financial strategies aligned with the Group’s overarching business objectives.
- Develop KPI/OKR frameworks and perform comprehensive performance evaluations across business units, products, and operational functions.
Financial Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting
- Oversee the annual budgeting cycle, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning processes.
- Manage budgets and cash flow effectively to ensure optimal deployment and utilization of financial resources.
Capital & Cash Flow Management
- Strengthen capital structure efficiency and manage the overall cost of capital.
- Monitor liquidity, working capital, and financial risk exposure across the organization.
Control, Compliance & Risk Management
- Implement and maintain effective internal control systems alongside Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and all applicable legal requirements.
Accounting, Tax & Financial Reporting
- Lead the centralized accounting function, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across the Group.
- Assume full accountability for consolidated financial statements and management reports presented to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
- Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and financial institutions.
Team Leadership & Finance Digital Transformation
- Develop and lead high-performing finance and accounting teams.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives, standardizing financial systems and enhancing data management practice
RequirementsRequirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Audit Partner/Principal/Director at Big 4 firms or as a CFO in well-established organizations of similar scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field; international education is an added advantage.
- Strong command of English.
