Job Responsibilities
- Collect trash throughout the market and place it in designated dumpsters or compactors
- Remove full trash bags from trash cans around the property
- Break down and transport boxes and waste using carts
- Sweep spills and help clean water puddles when needed
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for guests and vendors
- Work as part of the Grounds team and report to the Grounds Supervisor
- Previous warehouse, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- At least 16 years and older
- Bending, lifting, and stooping
- Lifting up to 40–50 lbs
- Ability to stay active and manage assigned areas of the market
Skills Required
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be reliable and able to work independently
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop
