  • Provide technical assessment and recommendations to the Government regarding the development contractor’s architecture, administration, and sustainment of virtualized environments and associated software across the GCN infrastructure.

  • Assist GMN in overseeing and coordinating GCN software integration efforts with other Ground System sub-products (fire control, in-flight interceptor communication, silo/launch support), C2BMC, and other Missile Defense System stakeholders.

  • Provide support in the technical evaluation of development contractor proposals and review project documentation, identifying technical and programmatic issues, risks, and recommending actionable mitigation solutions to GMN leadership.

  • Assist GMN in the preparation, execution, and follow-up for system requirements reviews, design reviews, project status reviews, and test and acceptance events.

  • Develop and present technical reports, white papers, and briefings to support Government decision-making at Engineering Review Boards (ERB) and other stakeholder discussions.
