GroqCloud: Senior Product Manager
Mission:
Deliver exceptional, end-to-end user experiences at Groq for the millions of developers using GroqCloud.
Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:
- Planning, Execution & Delivery: Own the user experience from customer feedback all the way through to production. Talk to customers, define the roadmap, write clear product specs, and guide features from concept to production. Repeat.
- UI Ownership: Be fastidious with every detail of our UI. Ensure workflows and visual elements are simple and intuitive.
- Design System Development: Partner with Design and Engineering on building a unified design system to ensure consistency and excellence across all Groq user experiences.
- Innovation: Through an understanding of AI engineering patterns and the AI ecosystem, design innovative UI workflows. Conduct experiments and develop behavioral understanding through data and user interviews.
Ideal candidates have/are:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on user-facing web applications.
- Strong background in UI/UX principles and design systems.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, and usage analytics platforms like PostHog
- Track record of launching polished user experiences in complex or technical products.
- Synthesize user insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and product specifications
- Experience in AI, devtools, or cloud infrastructure products.
- Strong attention to detail. You will become the most aware person at this company of every UX bug big or small, and whether it’s being actively worked out.
- Used tools like lovable, v0, cursor, or replit to prototype

Compensation: At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is $159,900 to $279,800, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks.
Location: Some roles may require being located near or on our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
