Qualifications
Job Duties:
- Hand grinding and sandblasting metal parts to clean and prepare for welding.
- Selecting and changing appropriate grinding belts as needed
- Load, unload, and transport containers of parts between operations/stations
- Repairs or replaces machine parts and grinding wheels to maintain machine in optimal operational condition.
- Removes workpiece and examines finish to ensure surface meets specifications.
- May work in other departments as needed for business and training purposes.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to communicate with other team members effectively
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
