OUR TEAM:
In the Product Design & Industrialization Department, we aim to develop innovative tire solutions that meet customer expectations while ensuring manufacturability, industrial performance, and sustainable business growth.
MISSION:
In the domain of tire design and industrialization,
- Design and develop green tire models that meet product, industrial, cost, quality, and timing requirements.
- Support tire industrialization to ensure successful implementation in production.
- Analyze and resolve design and manufacturing issues through structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals
- Ability to use mechanical design software such as CATIA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and processes
- Good planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Business proficiency in English (B2)
- Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java
Preferred:
- Internship, project, or research experience related to product design, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering
- Familiarity with CAD modeling, product development, or industrialization processes
- Exposure to root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality tools
