We're hiring a GRC Analyst to support the delivery of security governance, risk and compliance activities. This role plays a key part in coordinating security audits, supporting ongoing assurance activities and handling day-to-day GRC requests from the business.
Working as part of a small, collaborative team, the GRC Analyst will support existing security certifications, partner and customer audits and third-party assessments, while helping track remediation actions and maintain visibility of the organisation's security and compliance posture. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders across technology, data protection, and compliance, as well as external auditors and partners.
Please note: this is a hybrid role, requiring you to work onsite at our customer's office in London 2 days per week.
Required Experience:
- Experience supporting or coordinating security audits or GRC activities
- Familiarity with at least one recognised security framework (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to track actions, manage requests, and follow through
- Strong communication skills, with confidence to engage with internal stakeholders and external partners
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to grow within a GRC function
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Support the coordination of security audits, acting a central point of contact between auditors, internal teams and stakeholders
- Assist with audit preparations, evidence gathering, tracking actions, and follow-ups
- Support security assessments carries out, helping to translate findings into clear remediation plans and delivery timelines
- Track remediation activities and help prioritise findings in collaboration with senior team members
- Support partner and customer security audits, including responding to security questionnaires and coordinating follow-up activities
- Handle business as usual GRC requests, such as supplier security reviews and project-level risk or security assessments
- Work closely with internal teams including data protection, compliance and other risk-related functions
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting to provide visibility into security and compliance posture
Desirable Experience:
- Exposure to audit coordination in a regulated or security-conscious environment
- Experience support supplier or third-party assessments
- Understanding of how audit findings translate into remediation actions and project plans
