What you will do:
- Government Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between WeRide and relevant government bodies to foster collaboration and partnership opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships between WeRide and government entities, aligning with the company's business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage government relationships for business development and growth.
- Business Development:
- Understand the local competitive landscape and market trends. Build teams based on the company's needs
- Develop and execute strategic plans, explore the local market, and implement sales programs to achieve the company's business goal
- Establish and improve the overseas business operation and performance management system to ensure the healthy operation of local businesses
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a government relations or public affairs role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Has a deep understanding of the market. Design and create strategic plans based on the company's situation.
- Result driven, Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from the company's perspective
- Crisis communication experience is essential.
- Fluent in English.
