The Role
Develop cutting-edge graphics features and optimization for a Unity PC project. Working closely with the art/design/engineer team to create/maintain/optimize visual experiences in Unity.
You will be a part of a company of super-achievers who work together to bring forth the evolution of entertainment. The ideal candidate has prior blockchain, experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. We want someone with experience and passion for web3, cryptocurrency, and NFTs. We would love someone with a deep passion for games, strong product management skills, and an impressive track record for working in a fast-paced, evolving, creative-minded environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize graphics features and visual effects in Unity.
- Design, implement and maintain graphics Editor tools for Unity (related to graphics).
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and other engineers to create high-quality visual experiences.
- Develop and maintain shaders, materials, and lighting systems.
- Perform profiling and optimization to ensure smooth performance for PC.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest graphics techniques, technologies, and trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve graphics-related issues and bugs.
- Contribute to the overall technical direction and vision of the graphics team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphics programming, with a strong focus on Unity.
- Proficiency in C# and Unity's rendering pipeline.
- Experience with shader development (HLSL, GLSL, ShaderLab).
- Strong understanding of real-time rendering techniques, lighting models, and post-processing effects.
- Proven experience in optimizing graphics performance on various platforms (PC).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
