The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and consistent designs that communicate CSED’s programs, campaigns, brand identity, events, and digital content effectively. The role is suited for an entry-level creative professional with strong attention to detail, a good understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate ideas and messages into engaging visual content across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create graphics for social media, campaigns, events, reports, presentations, flyers, banners, and other communication materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on briefs, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Design engaging social media content for CSED’s programs, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in CSED’s visual identity across all communication materials.
- Assist in developing and adapting branded templates, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Communications, Programs, Partnerships, and other teams to understand design requirements and deliver materials on time.
- Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual assets for digital and print use.
- Support the design and production of event materials, including invitations, certificates, backdrops, banners, and promotional materials.
- Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and communication channels while maintaining visual quality.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and creative techniques relevant to digital communications.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, brand assets, and project folders for easy access and reuse.
- Receive feedback and make necessary revisions to designs promptly.
- Ensure all final designs meet required quality, formatting, branding, and technical specifications.
- Support other creative and visual communication tasks as assigned.
