Key Responsibilities
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Prepare 2D and 3D graphical presentations for various studies, using 3D models and surrounding building information for a variety of cities/countries.
- Collaborates with the project team to resolve project-related conflicts.
- Ensure that the project requirements are fulfilled through ongoing communication with the project team.
- Contribute to overall project success by ensuring CAD efficiency and the development of deliverables in a timely and effective manner.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We are accepting applications from candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
- College diploma in architectural, construction technology, or interior design.
- A high proficiency and working knowledge in computer applications with experience in Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- An aptitude for 3D conceptualization.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Team player who is assertive and able to work with minimal direction.
- Proven ability to successfully meet deadlines and manage several projects at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner with a desire to grow professionally and personally.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
