The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in graphic and web design and a few years of experience. We are looking for a naturally artistic and creative individual. Responsibilities
Produce a solid body of creative work
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Design websites front-end
Website Back-end development
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
Update and maintain existing client websites on different platform
Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, account executives, etc.
Work within time budgets and scope
Requirements
Ability to interpret briefs to produce creative output
Ability to self-start and self-manage
Design and art direction across all creative elements
Attention to detail is an absolute must-have the skill
Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience working in Dreamweaver
Experience working in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API’s
Experience working in WordPress
Technical aptitude – must be able to quickly learn how to work with different systems
Good understanding of cybersecurity principles
Skills Required
- Tertiary qualification in graphic and web design
