The Graphic Production Manager at IGE is crucial in overseeing the overall graphic design and production for each project. This hands-on position entails managing all aspects of the client’s branding layouts and final graphic production to ensure highquality deliverables that meet client specifications and deadlines. This position will manage a three-person team, schedule and oversee all assigned projects, and assume responsibility for successful and accurate production completion and profitability.
The graphic production manager is responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time. They will receive work orders, coordinate and oversee the development of branding booklets and layouts, participate in kickoff meetings, and manage and coordinate all graphic subcontractors, including SEG Fabrics (Silicone Edge Graphics), Graphics, 3D logos, and Vinyls. They will also collaborate closely with CAD detailers, purchasing, fabrication shop, CNC operator, logistics, and warehouse.

• Quality control involves thorough quality checks on all graphic deliverables to ensure accuracy in sizes, colors, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Make sure the final graphics have a perfect fit into systems and structures.
• Report any mistakes in production to the Operation Manager.
• Support graphic production activities and manage resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and external vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to ensure adequate supplies for ongoing projects.
• Create post-show reports regarding all graphic production.
