🎯 Your Role: Design, Optimize & Boost Conversions

As a Graphic & Motion Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our creative team, crafting visually stunning assets that bring our brand and our clients' brands to life. Your mission? Design compelling graphics and motion pieces that engage audiences and maximize conversions.

🔥 What You’ll Do:

Graphic Design & Branding – Develop high-quality static and animated assets for paid ads, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
Motion Graphics & Video Editing – Create dynamic motion designs, including animated ads, video content, and interactive visuals.
Creative Storytelling – Use design and animation to craft engaging brand stories that resonate with audiences.
Performance-Driven Design – Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize visuals based on A/B testing, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
Trend & Market Research – Stay ahead of design, motion graphics, and advertising trends to keep our content fresh and innovative.
Multi-Platform Content Creation – Adapt creative assets for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and all major social media ad platforms.
Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with copywriters, media buyers, and influencer managers to align creative direction with campaign goals.
Fast-Paced Production – Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

🚀 Fluent in French & English – Strong ability to communicate creative ideas clearly.
🚀 Proven Experience – Minimum 2+ years as a Graphic & Motion Designer in an agency, startup, or fast-growing e-commerce company.
🚀 Expert in Adobe Creative Suite – Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalent tools).
🚀 Creative Vision & Execution – Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and motion graphics.
