Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling marketing materials that enhance brand awareness, support digital marketing initiatives, and drive audience engagement. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics for websites, social media, advertising campaigns, presentations, email marketing, video content, and other digital assets.
The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience producing high-quality visual content that aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
Graphic Design & Brand Development
- Create visually appealing designs that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding across all digital and print materials.
- Design marketing collateral, promotional materials, and branded assets for various campaigns.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain a professional appearance.
- Create engaging graphics, carousels, banners, infographics, and promotional materials for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Design social media content that supports audience engagement and brand awareness initiatives.
- Develop creative assets optimized for each platform's specifications and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support content calendars and campaign launches.
- Design website graphics, banners, landing page visuals, icons, and other digital assets.
- Create visuals that support SEO, lead generation, and conversion-focused marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure design consistency and user experience optimization.
- Develop graphics for blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
- Design creative assets for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Create high-converting visual content for paid advertising initiatives.
- Develop A/B testing variations for advertising creatives.
- Ensure advertising materials comply with brand and campaign requirements.
- Design professional presentations, pitch decks, investor materials, reports, and corporate documents.
- Create infographics and visual data representations to simplify complex information.
- Support internal and external communication materials with professional design elements.
- Create custom thumbnails for YouTube and video marketing campaigns.
- Design motion graphic elements, title cards, lower thirds, and overlays for video content.
- Collaborate with video editors to develop branded visual assets.
- Provide graphics and illustrations to enhance video presentations.
- Work closely with marketing, content, web development, and leadership teams to execute creative projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets.
- Ensure all project files are properly archived and accessible.
- Maintain consistency across all company visual materials.
RequirementsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, branding, and social media design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience creating graphics for digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience designing for social media, websites, and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Experience supporting finance, investment, legal, or corporate brands.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion design.
