Graphic Designer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar design role
  

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
  

• Experience with Figma (standard for our workflows)
  

• Strong skills in image manipulation, infographic creation, and logo/banner design
  

• Experience designing for social media, digital campaigns, and web interfaces
  

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web implementation
  

• Knowledge of conversion-focused design principles
  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment
  

• Motion graphics or animation basics
