About the job

Gen Studio is seeking a skilled mid-level Graphic Designer to join our creative team, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to produce high-quality visual assets that support our brands and engage our audiences across channels. The role converts an existing freelance position into a full-time role, bringing greater continuity, efficiency and impact to our creative output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver visual assets across digital channels, including marketing materials, social media, web assets and presentations.
  • Collaborate with art directors, copywriters and designers to ensure consistent, high-quality visual execution that supports brand and performance goals.
  • Utilize generative AI tools for design to expand creative output across advertising units throughout the funnel, with a particular focus on bottom-of-funnel acquisition and paid media.
  • Uphold brand standards, maintain consistency across all deliverables and contribute creative ideas that support the ongoing development of Gen Studio’s brands and visual identity.
  • Prepare production-ready files and ensure quality standards are met for all assets delivered.

About you

  • You are a mid-level graphic designer with strong design fundamentals, technical proficiency and a portfolio that shows clear, thoughtful visual problem solving.
  • You’re comfortable managing multiple projects at once, partnering with cross-functional teams and communicating clearly to move work forward.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts or a related field, and 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and generative AI design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and related AI tools).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across formats and channels.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing, and familiarity with social media design strategy and techniques are nice-to-haves.

Personal attributes

  • Detail-oriented, organized and reliable, with strong time-management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work on deadline.
  • Collaborative and open to feedback, with a growth mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches, including generative AI, to improve creative output.
