Graphic Designer

We’re seeking a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our team and bring strong visual storytelling to life across digital and print media. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients to transform ideas into polished, professional designs that align with brand strategy and business goals. You’ll combine creative thinking with a sharp eye for detail to develop impactful graphics, layouts, and visual content using industry-standard software. From concept through execution, you’ll manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards and meeting tight deadlines. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate setting and is passionate about delivering clean, effective, and on-brand design solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Listen to clients (internal or external) and understand their needs before making design decisions.
• Working as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
• Select colors, images, and shapes to create layouts.
• Select the size and arrangement of different elements.
• Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Researching interaction design and technology trends. Use computer software to create electronic versions of designs.
• Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills, and sketchbook technique.
• Employ color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing a project.
• Exceptional design skills, production value, and attention to detail.
• Develop material for web pages. 
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, and associated design tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• 3D modeling, After Effects, rendering, and animation.
• Understanding of common software development practices.
• Video and sound editing.
• Collaborate in the conceptualization of new products and improve existing solutions.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent 
combination of education and experience. 

Portfolio:

Must have a portfolio assessed while at university or completed professional or freelance projects.

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
