What You’ll DoConcept big, ship fast: Turn loose insights into original ideas—then drive them through refinement, production, and launch.
Implement our design systems: Continuously help evolve our brand guidelines to be as dynamic as the company, from typography to motion language.
Shape the website: Partner with Growth and Engineering to design dev-ready Figma files that convert today and scale tomorrow.
Partner across the org: Sync with Product Design, Marketing, Ops, and CS to keep every pixel on-brand and every stakeholder in the loop.
Prototype the future: Use AI and new creative tools to test, learn, and raise the craft bar—without raising the timeline.
A portfolio that pairs conceptual strength with meticulous execution—web, social, print, video, environmental.
Mastery of Figma and Adobe CC; comfort jumping into After Effects, Premiere, or 3-D tools a plus.
A system thinker’s mindset: you see the story a billboard tells and how that same story flexes into UX micro-copy.
Proven ability to juggle multiple timelines and keep partners up-to-date without being asked.
Bias for action: you iterate early, test often, and know when “good” needs one more pass.
