We are looking for a designer who combines visual creativity with a strong sense of conversion to join the MyShell.ai team. Together, we aim to create visually compelling and performance-driven content that enhances brand exposure and drives user growth.
You will play a key role in shaping our external visual communication, taking the lead in designing critical materials such as ad creatives, campaign pages, and operational banners. Through your mastery of visual language, you will drive user engagement, clicks, and registration conversions.
Key Responsibilities.
- Responsible for designing visual materials for the company's core business campaigns, including social media ad creatives, campaign landing pages, and conversion-focused operational banners.
- Develop differentiated visual strategies tailored to various channels and target audiences (e.g., high-click-through-rate cover layouts or compositions).
- Monitor the performance of ads or content, and optimize visual designs based on data feedback (e.g., CTR, CVR).
- Design social media assets needed for daily communications, such as feature update graphics, event visuals, and community sharing materials.
Qualifications
- Solid graphic design skills with the ability to independently deliver high-quality visual outputs.
- Proficient in visualizing information and skilled at conveying complex functions or concepts through design.
- Hands-on experience in creating event visuals, operational banners, and ad campaign materials.
- A data-driven mindset with an understanding of what designs can drive user clicks and retention.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Proficient in using common design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Plus Points
- Experience in visual design for AI or tool-based products.
- Familiarity with building brand visual guidelines or a systematic component-based design approach.
- Proficient in motion design (e.g., using AE, Lottie, or Motion Graphics).
- Practical experience with A/B testing or data-driven design optimization.
