Graphic Designer

Join a fast-paced, creative real estate marketing studio with a focus on design, social media, and content creation. We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to bring fresh ideas, manage print production, and help us elevate our brand across both traditional and digital platforms.
This is an on-site position. Must be available to work in-studio. Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
• Strong working knowledge of Mac OS and file management
• Experience with AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for content ideation
• Skilled in CapCut and Descript for short-form video editing and repurposing content for social media
• Understanding of social media platforms and content trends (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
• Strong creative skills in layout design, branding, and typography
• Excellent time management—able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, resourceful, and self-directed

Responsibilities

• Layout and design of print and digital materials tailored to the real estate market
• Creation of social media graphics and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Assist with magazine-style layouts, flyers, brochures, and signage
• Support content creation workflow from ideation to execution
