Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Hybrid

Type: Full-time

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design visuals that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  2. Content Creation: Design a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, infographics, presentations, and print materials.
  3. Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across all channels and touchpoints.
  4. Data Visualization: Turn complex marketing data into engaging and easy-to-understand visuals that communicate insights effectively.
  5. Campaign Support: Design assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance across platforms.
  6. Creative Problem Solving: Use your marketing knowledge to propose design solutions that improve conversions, engagement, and audience retention.
  7. Market Trends: Stay updated on design and marketing trends to incorporate fresh ideas into campaigns and projects.

Qualifications:

  1. A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
  3. A strong portfolio showcasing work that demonstrates a mix of creativity, marketing acumen, and strategic thinking.
  4. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
  5. Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, web design) and their creative requirements.
  6. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including audience targeting, branding, and conversions.
  7. Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
