Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Graphic Designer to provide graphic design support to a regional marketing team supporting business development, property marketing and brand activation across multiple markets throughout the Northeast & Midwest.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a wide range of marketing materials—including presentations, flyers, email campaigns, and amenity maps—ensuring all creative work aligns with the company’s brand identity and visual standards.
The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of fundamental graphic design principles and exhibits a discerning eye for creating visually compelling and effective designs. They demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, a collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork, and a consistently professional and approachable demeanor. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design print and digital property marketing collateral (brochures, e-blasts and signage) using Lincoln corporate templates.
- Produce site plans, floor plans, label aerials, create maps, and re-touch photos for property marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout.
- Review materials, including making edits and appropriate adjustments based on internal and external feedback.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience. Marketing experience a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Multimedia skills (motion graphics, animation, or video editing) are a plus.
- Any knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus.
- Well organized, excellent time management skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience delivering multiple creative outputs on tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
