Job Description- Create graphic solutions based on a brief of corporate identity, logotypes, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Work closely with internal customers (PR, HR, Sales, etc.), design project manager, and other graphic designers and technicians
- Design tasks completion within the deadline and according to the task description and technical constraints. Be able to predict possible risks and offer alternatives
- Comply with the rules established in the corresponding project (defect control system, etc.)
- Proofread before delivery, produce accurate and high-quality work
- Adhere to the design department guidelines (storage structure and source files handling culture)
- Communicate with a Design PM, Art Director, and Senior Designers on any project issues that affect time & effort estimates or design processes
- At least 3 years in professional commercial design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency
- Strong portfolio of commercial projects is a must
- Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS PowerPoint, and Figma — specifically with mockups, web design, and multimedia presentations
- Experience with retouching and graphics
- Experience in developing stylistics from scratch
- Experience in the estimation of tasks and complex projects
- Intermediate level of English
