Must-have Skills- 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating digital and print work that supports business and marketing goals.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with content management systems such as AEM.
- Familiarity with collaborative design platforms such as Figma.
- Experience leading creative initiatives, owning project workflows, and providing design direction to peers or junior designers.
- Strong conceptual and executional design skills, with a deep understanding of brand systems and accessibility principles.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, navigate shifting priorities, and influence outcomes without formal authority.
- Experience working on cross-functional initiatives with marketing, business, and technical teams.
- Background in regulated industries such as financial services, legal, or pharmaceutical.
- Experience supporting campaign strategy and messaging alignment.
- Familiarity with digital optimization and content automation tools.
- Interest in coaching and developing other designers as part of role growth.
