Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, a strong sense of branding, and proficiency in visual storytelling.  We want someone who can take an idea from the concept to client presentation, and quickly to people’s feeds. Experience in motion graphics and visualization will be a plus. You will be part of a growing national practice in a growing organization that inspires everyone to push limits and embody our “Fearless pursuit of the unexpected”. •Design engaging and brand-consistent visuals for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and other business materials.

•Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs for clients across industries.

•Work collaboratively with PR, content, and digital teams to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals.

•Create motion graphics, GIFs, and animated assets to enhance brand storytelling (a plus).

•Stay updated with design trends and apply innovative approaches to projects.

•Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

•2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a PR, digital, or advertising agency.

•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

•Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and branding.

•Experience in visualization and motion graphics (preferred).

•Ability to translate creative briefs into impactful designs.

•A strong portfolio showcasing design expertise across various formats.

•Knowledge of video editing, UI/UX design, and animation tools is a plus.

•Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment while having fun and respecting each other’s work/life balance.
