Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
- Create visually appealing sales collaterals such as decks, teasers, one pagers brochures, and case studies.
- Design corporate assets including brand guides, business cards, email templates, social media graphics, and internal communication materials.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts based on marketing strategies and business goals.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards, maintaining a professional and cohesive look across all platforms.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Present design concepts clearly and effectively, incorporating feedback to refine and improve materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and projects with high-quality design assets.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy access and future use.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual materials.
Technology Integration:
- Leverage AI tools and design software to enhance workflows and productivity.
- Adapt to new technologies and software that improve design processes and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Canva, Powerpoint, Figma and/or other commonly used design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in creating sales collaterals, corporate assets, and marketing materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with experience in AI tools for design and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Must have a personal PC/laptop and a stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download & upload speed).
