About the opportunity

We are redefining what an in-house agency is and are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You’ll be the lead graphic designer getting to play a key role in evolving our brand, collaborating with product, marketing and copywriters. You’ll be responsible for designing consistently beautiful layouts and informative communication collateral for print, social media and web.

Job Duties

• Have a clear understanding of the brand guidelines and ensure a consistent, on-brand visual aesthetic across all touch-points
• Create delightful marketing collateral and assets that clearly communicate the message and the brand
• Work on a wide range of marketing initiatives such as landing pages, ads, signage, social media posts, email marketing, brochures and more
• Participate in brainstorming, project kick-offs and regular creative check-ins with an extended team
• Collaborate with Marketing and copywriters on launching impactful campaigns
• Maintain and manage a brand style guide, a clean file system, assets and collateral
• Prepare files for final print production
• Deliver quality work while working within deadlines and juggling multiple tasks
• Demonstrate initiative to continuously evolve and improve the brand

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Highly proficient with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Proficient in Figma
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for good layout
• Solid grasp on branding and visual identity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to take and give feedback

Qualifications Required

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design in-house or in an agency
• A university degree or college diploma in graphic design
• Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design expertise, including branding, high-end business presentations, and digital/print marketing materials

The base salary range for this position is $66,780 - $74,200 USD for US residents OR $65,070 - $72,300 CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
