Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will be key in creating visually captivating designs that resonate with our brand and audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life through striking and cohesive visuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital and potentially traditional media. Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising agencies.
• English level: minimum B1.
• High aesthetic sense, strong art direction skills, and exceptional craft.
• Expertise in the formal elements of design (typography, layout, composition, etc.).
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional design work under tight deadlines.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma) and familiarity with design iteration and file management techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at explaining design decisions to both creative and non-creative audiences.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing and adapting high-quality work.

• Should be able to make things yourself, but also work with other team members and external partners and vendors to bring larger ideas to life
• Attention to detail and good grasp of craft as it relates to visual design and bringing ideas to life. A solid design foundation is important.
• Work with our parent company Hylink Group and it’s subsidiaries to support some of their efforts.
• Create outstanding and award-winning work through great ideas, impeccable craft and a base level understanding of connecting to people using storytelling and thoughtful design.
