Position Overview

Aksia is seeking a graphic designer to join our Marketing Publications team in Athens.  

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Lead the creation of compelling marketing materials, including annual and quarterly reports, investor presentations, and ad-hoc reports, predominantly designed in PowerPoint.
• Digital Creativity: Produce dynamic LinkedIn posts and other social media content to market our thought leadership, company news, personnel highlights, and features on panel discussions at industry events, using Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
• Data Visualization: Expertise in designing and editing Excel charts/graphs, integrating them into beautifully crafted PowerPoint presentations to ensure visual consistency and enhance data communication.
• Brand Evolution: Work closely with the manager of Marketing Publications to conceptualize and design a forward-thinking visual language as our brand continues to evolve, ensuring it resonates with our clientele.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with the execution of event-based visual designs, both in print and digital.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably with a background in finance or experience visualizing financial data.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with an average ability to edit the colors and formats of excel-based charts.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-Oriented: Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to leveraging provided style guidelines effectively.
• Proactivity and Collaboration: A proactive approach to collaborating with team members and departments, demonstrating high motivation, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Adaptability: Develop flexible processes, styles, and templates with manager; adapting to our fast-pace and quick-turn deliverables.
