The Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing, communications, sales, and other teams to create engaging designs while maintaining consistent brand standards. Key Responsibilities
- Create original graphics and visual content for digital and print materials.
- Develop designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Create branded content that follows established visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, communications, and management teams to understand project requirements.
- Translate concepts, ideas, and written content into effective visual designs.
- Develop layouts, illustrations, typography, color palettes, and other visual elements.
- Produce graphics for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design promotional materials for products, services, events, and campaigns.
- Edit and retouch photographs and other visual assets when necessary.
- Prepare files for digital publication and professional printing.
- Ensure designs meet technical specifications, brand standards, and quality requirements.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
- Maintain organized design files, templates, assets, and project folders.
- Research current design trends and identify opportunities to improve visual communication.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Work with printers, vendors, photographers, developers, and other external partners as needed.
- Create presentations, mockups, prototypes, and other visual materials for internal and external use.
- Maintain awareness of accessibility and usability considerations in digital design.
- Perform other creative and design-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted.
- Demonstrated graphic design experience through professional work, freelance projects, internships, or a strong portfolio.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
