Bright Future is looking to appoint a Graphics Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team.
The role requires visualizing, creating, and designing communications material for print and digital platforms. Broadly, this would involve:
• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
• Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
• Testing graphics across various media
• Designing photo essays, presentations, posters, email communications, and other creatives
Desired Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate with 5 plus years prior work experience in a similar role
• Exceptional artistic, aesthetic, and design sense
• High level of proficiency with design software such as Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• Solid understanding of brand identity and branding tools
• A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
• Ability to work well with people
• Self-motivation and proactive attitude
• Ability to ideate and come up with new ways of executing existing ideas
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver within deadlines
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Skills Required
- Graduate degree or equivalent educational qualification
- 5 or more years of experience in a similar graphic design role
- Proficiency with Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
