What would you do? Must have high level of Design Aesthetic. Must understand color and typography. Should have the drive to design creative solutions while working within the framework of brand guidelines. Detail oriented and Proactive approach. Drive creative performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.

Good to have: Understanding of UI/UX
Relevant Job Experience:
The background of Advertising agency, Design Studio and/or Boutique Advertising Agency should be used as an additional filter.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems.
- Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Client.
- You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Client management.
- You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
- Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
- In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team.
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
Strong design aesthetic
- Knowledge of typography, knowing visual identity, brand guidelines.
- Coming up with design solutions within brand guidelines.
- Detailed Process oriented.
Skills Required
- 3 to 8 years of relevant graphic design experience
- Degree or diploma in graphic design from an art school
- Any graduation
- Strong design aesthetic with knowledge of color, typography, visual identity, and brand guidelines
- Experience creating digital marketing advertisements and promotional designs
- Content creation and graphic design skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
