Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content that communicates our brand, products, services, and ideas effectively. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing, communications, sales, and other teams to create high-quality designs for digital and print media.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual composition, typography, color, and branding, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials.
- Develop graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, banners, packaging, and other promotional materials as needed.
- Develop and maintain brand-consistent visual assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, sales, and management teams to understand project objectives.
- Translate concepts, ideas, and written content into effective visual designs.
- Create layouts, illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visual elements.
- Edit and enhance photographs and other visual assets.
- Prepare final artwork for digital publication and professional printing.
- Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Review designs for accuracy, consistency, alignment, typography, and visual quality.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients, managers, and team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, graphics, and brand assets.
- Stay current with graphic design trends, technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Assist with developing creative concepts and visual strategies.
- Work with printers, vendors, photographers, developers, and other outside partners when necessary.
- Perform other creative and design-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous professional graphic design experience or an equivalent portfolio demonstrating relevant skills.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency with professional graphic design software.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand creative direction and translate it into effective designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
