The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs that support the company's brand, marketing, advertising, communications, and business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong creative skills, excellent attention to detail, a good understanding of branding and visual communication, and the ability to turn ideas and concepts into professional visual materials.

Key Responsibilities
Create graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials.
Develop designs that follow established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, communications, and other departments to understand project requirements.
Develop concepts, layouts, illustrations, and visual solutions based on project objectives.
Create and edit digital and print-ready artwork.
Select appropriate fonts, colors, images, layouts, and design elements.
Edit and enhance photographs, graphics, and other visual assets.
Prepare files for digital publication and professional printing.
Review designs for accuracy, quality, consistency, and proper formatting before delivery.
Make revisions based on feedback from clients, managers, or team members.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and priorities.
Maintain organized libraries of design files, images, templates, and brand assets.
Assist with photo selection, image sourcing, and basic image manipulation.
Create presentations and visual materials for internal and external use.
Stay current with graphic design trends, tools, technology, and industry best practices.
Ensure all visual content complies with company branding and applicable copyright or licensing requirements.
Perform other creative and marketing-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, associate degree, certificate, or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Demonstrated graphic design experience through professional work, freelance projects, internships, or a portfolio.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency with professional graphic design software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, polished work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to understand creative briefs and translate concepts into visual designs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience with Figma, Canva, or other design and prototyping tools.
