The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging, professional, and effective designs for digital and print media. Key Responsibilities

  • Create original graphics and visual content for digital and print applications.

  • Design graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, blogs, and digital advertisements.
  • Create logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, sales, product, and management teams to understand design requirements.
  • Translate creative concepts, written content, and business objectives into effective visual designs.
  • Review design briefs and project requirements and develop concepts accordingly.
  • Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients.
  • Make revisions and refinements while maintaining design quality and project timelines.
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital production.

  • Maintain accurate records of completed design projects and source files.
  • Assist with special projects and other creative assignments as needed.

Digital Design Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for websites and mobile applications.
  • Create social media graphics and advertising content.
  • Develop email marketing graphics and newsletter layouts.
  • Create digital advertisements and promotional banners.
  • Design presentations and digital reports.
  • Prepare graphics optimized for different devices and platforms.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Print Design Responsibilities

  • Design brochures, catalogs, flyers, business cards, posters, banners, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Prepare print-ready files according to vendor specifications.
  • Select appropriate colors, paper sizes, layouts, and typography.
  • Review proofs and make corrections before production.
  • Communicate with printing and production vendors as needed.

Branding Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of company brand identity.
  • Follow established brand guidelines for colors, fonts, imagery, logos, and layouts.
  • Create branded templates and marketing materials.
  • Ensure visual consistency across digital and print communications.
  • Assist with brand refreshes and new visual identity projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous professional graphic design experience or equivalent portfolio experience.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong proficiency with professional graphic design software.
  • Creative thinking and strong visual communication skills.
