At Ballantynes, we are passionate about showcasing the iconic brands we offer through creative and engaging marketing.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Intermediate to Senior Graphic Designer to join our talented in-house design team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing a wide range of promotional material across both print and digital channels. From advertising campaigns, brochures, in-store signage and point-of-sale material to web assets and digital content, you will help bring the Ballantynes brand to life across multiple customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and producing marketing collateral across print and digital platforms.
  • Creating engaging artwork for advertising, brochures, catalogues, in-store signage and online channels.
  • Assisting in the design and production of The Ballantynes Christmas publication in both print and digital formats.
  • Supporting photoshoots, including creative input and coordination where required.
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Digital and Visual Merchandising teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Managing multiple projects while maintaining high standards of design and brand consistency.
  • Liaising with external suppliers and production partners to ensure quality outcomes.

About You

You are a passionate and creative designer with a positive, hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail. You enjoy working collaboratively, thrive in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage competing priorities and deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Intermediate to senior level graphic design experience, ideally within a retail, agency or in-house environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience designing across multiple channels, including print, digital and social media.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • A strong understanding of layout, typography, branding and visual communication.
  • The ability to take projects from concept through to finished production.
  • Experience working within a Mac environment and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Photography and/or videography experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Additional Information

This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
