Summary: The Graphic Designer Project Manager is responsible for overseeing creative design projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project timelines. This role requires a combination of creative design expertise and strong project management skills to ensure the timely and successful delivery of all graphic design materials across digital, print, and social platforms. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Project Management: 

• Proven track record in creative asset and project management with examples of project tracker ownership or leadership/experience in creative management platforms such as Trello • Lead and manage multiple artwork projects simultaneously, from being briefed to final delivery. 
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, VM, Commercial) and the Global teams to understand artwork requirements, objectives, and timelines. 
• Ensure all artworks align with Huda Beauty’s global brand standards and meet brand guidelines. 
• Create and maintain delivery schedules, coordinating deadlines and managing project progress with clear communication across departments. 
• Allocate time effectively to ensure workload is balanced and projects are delivered on time. 
• Ensure timely feedback loops with local/global stakeholders, implementing changes as needed to meet deadlines. 

Graphic Design/Artwork: 

• Adjust the design and ensure the delivery of high-quality, visually appealing still/video content that is consistent with Huda Beauty's brand identity and relevant to the EU/UK market’s needs. 
• Ensuring attention to detail, brand consistency, and adherence to creative briefs. 
• Provide hands-on design support as needed, ensuring all creative deliverables meet both aesthetic and functional goals. 
• Feedback in brainstorming and conceptual design sessions to ensure innovative and original designs that are aligned with our EU/UK priorities and goals. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Collaborate and support Marketing, Sales, and VM teams to ensure the accessibility of compelling visual content for campaigns, product launches, and digital activations. 
• Partner with the Commercial/Trade Marketing teams to create visual assets for retailers’ websites, emailers, and social media campaigns. 

Assets & Content Relevance: 

• Manage the adjustment of creative assets, including digital banners, email creatives, social media content, and point-of-sale materials. 
• Ensure the consistency of Huda Beauty’s style, color palette, typography, and brand values in all design materials. 
• Work with the global marketing team to ensure regional requirements are met in the creation and adaptation of visual assets. 

General: 

• Ensure the smooth running of design operations through time management, and multi-deliverables timelines. 
• Manage file storage and digital asset organization to ensure easy access and retrieval of design resources. 
• Support any ad-hoc projects as required by the business, including internal creative initiatives and company-wide visual campaigns. 

Requirements: 

• Multiple years of experience in art/graphic design and project management, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry. 
• Strong autonomy with the ability to manage multiple projects. 
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, PowerPoint; 3D experience/ 2D planogram) and project management tools. 
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently to internal and external stakeholders. 
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
