Job Overview

Libertex Group is looking for a performance ads designer to join our one-of-a-kind in-house creative studio. We have an international team consisting of creative professionals with different talents and backgrounds. Now we are looking to add one more static designer to this awesome group of people. The Designer will be responsible for creating banners strictly used in user-acquisition/performance campaigns (SM channels) and adapting them to various formats and styles in line with our corporate brand guides.

What Will You Do?

  • Produce banners for performance campaigns in social media channels;
  • Work on routine tasks such as localization, batch-production and exporting;
  • Work closely with the creative director and the art director. Collaborate on a daily basis with the social media manager;
  • Take active part in the creation of concepts and visual assets for ad campaigns;
  • Create work for high-profile brands from the online trading and crypto industry;

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or equivalent
  • Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools across the creative pipeline - LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) for ideation and copy, image generation tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, etc.), and AI video tools (Kling, Seedance, Veo, etc.) - with the ability to chain them together, generating a still image and then turning it into a simple animated/video creative
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (SM / SEM / Google Display / App Stores, etc.)
  • English language - fluent
  • Proven creative background with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to quickly juggle multiple projects of different magnitudes and deadlines
  • A proactive approach, evaluating creative trends and always on the lookout for the next best-converting banner
  • Experience producing Facebook/Meta ads for complex niche industries (e.g. finance or crypto), where testing dozens/hundreds of creatives is required to find what converts best
  • Technical know-how of Meta, TikTok, and Instagram ad specs and formats
  • Good understanding of metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS
  • Comfort with short-form video editing and motion basics for ad creatives (e.g. CapCut, After Effects basics)
  • Experience in batch production (tools like Bannersnack, Creatopy, or similar)

Additional Skills (not obligatory):

  • 3D software knowledge (Blender, Maya, etc.)
  • Creative agency background (or a similarly versatile environment)
  • Good understanding of Google Sheets/Docs and Zoom
  • Knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools
  • Previous trading/finance industry experience
