Graphic Designer (Media Creative Team)

• Collaborate with the Media Team to plan, develop, and execute visual content that aligns with the global ministry of Elevation Church
• Design graphics for social media, TV, YouTube, advertisements, and other platforms to support campaigns, events, and programs
• Provide visual content that enhances the church’s online presence and engages both the congregation and our eFam
• Ensure that all graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the communication goals of campaigns.
• Contribute motion design elements—such as short animations, transitions, and animated titles—to enhance video and digital content
• Provide creative input in planning and strategy sessions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools

• Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Great time management skills & ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proactive and excellent ability to problem-solve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset and strong storytelling skills.

• Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting

• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment.  Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced.  We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• Yes, we work hard.  But we’re good at playing hard, too.  We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
