Graphic Designer (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer (f/m/d) with a strong passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, communication, customer, and product teams to create compelling visuals that effectively communicate Aleph Alpha’s mission and product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in B2B and understanding of AI concepts and be able to translate complex information into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of mediums, including digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and social media (social media, print ads, whitepapers, flyers, posters, brochures, online banners, and our website)

• Collaborate with communication, product and marketing teams to develop visual assets that enhance brand identity and communicate complex concepts simply and effectively

• Maintain and evolve Aleph Alpha’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials

• Assist in designing visuals for presentations, pitch decks, website assets, and product demos

• Stay current on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects, particularly in relation to AI and technology sectors.

Your Profile:

• Several years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within tech, AI, or innovative environments - B2B experience is a must

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across digital and print media

• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout

• Understanding of brand impact, strategic and creative thinking for the continuous improvement of brand awareness

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to accept and integrate feedback.

• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Understanding of the UX, motion design or video creation would be a plus

• Fluent English language skills are required for this role, German is a plus
